The location, was close to the station (there are closer hotels but these were more expensive) and the breakfast was reasonable. Friendly check-in staff, comfortable beds.

Close to everything. Room was normal size for business hotel. Breakfast buffet was good too. Interesting thing was the room door opened outwards! What a good idea! Easy to access the room with someone collapsed near the door and evacuate in an emergency. Extra room inside because space is not needed for the door swinging.

The hotel was very close to the train station which was very convenient. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything. The breakfast was Japanese style and delicious. The room had everything you needed. Thanks very much.

Reasonably close to Sendai station, but still quite a walk especially with luggage, and that's something to factor in. Otherwise the rooms were clean and functional, having all the basic amenities you would need.
